Submission Requirements

Submissions must include the full name of the participant(s), a write up explaining the problem the submission is solving, how it is solving it, the impact the solution can have, and how it can be brought to life and how it fulfills each criterion from the Judging Criteria.

The submissions should include a working code package, prototype quality is OK, as long as it has a proposal of next steps explaining how to drive to completion.

The “working code package” can include a working command line or GUI executable. It can also be a fully trained machine learning model with some adjacent artifacts showing the performance of the model, and sample data that can be used to do inference against to illustrate the purpose of the model. The package can also include reports and/or visualizations that illustrate an analysis that solves a specific problem. In this last case, there should be a plan on how to take the analysis and convert it into a process or working system that can be productionalized.

It is encouraged to provide a link to a video that demonstrates the working solution.

Any and all tech stacks are welcome, but we encourage teams to build on tech stacks that are easy to scale and commonly used. Any necessary supplementary files, such as installation files or instructions, should be included with the submission as a single file or a zip.
